KayoBaby had already built a loyal customer base with their adorable, quirky baby rompers and kids' apparel. Parents loved the fun designs — "Mai Hu Mere Papa Ki Carbon Copy" was already a bestseller on marketplaces.

But their Shopify store was a different story. Built on a basic free theme with no conversion optimization, the product pages were leaving money on the table. Visitors browsed, but didn't buy. Added strategic trust signals throughout — "Free Shipping" badge, "Limited Stock" urgency tags, "15 Days — 100% Money Back Return Policy" guarantee, inline customer reviews with photos, and a sticky announcement bar with discount codes to drive action.

Completely rebuilt the mobile experience — sticky add-to-cart, optimized image loading, touch-friendly size selectors, inline social proof ("Anjali: Used it very much ❤️❤️"), and a streamlined checkout flow with Cash On Delivery prominently displayed.
