Desktop Homepage — From Generic Dark Template to Professional E-Commerce

A genuine business

SpareMaster was selling genuine spare parts for home appliances — fans, ACs, coolers, geysers, and mixer-grinders from brands like Philips, Havells, Symphony, Maharaja, and Sujata. They were an authorized stockist with quality products and competitive pricing.

But their online store was killing their potential. A dark, generic Shopify theme with a blurry hero image, barely visible CTAs, and zero product discoverability. Customers couldn't find what they needed. There was no brand structure, no category navigation, and no reason to trust a faceless store with their money. New logo with a bold orange and navy identity that screams "professional and trustworthy." Designed a clean, modern brand system — from the dual-tone announcement bar with support number to trust badges ("100% Genuine Parts," "Fast 24H Dispatch," "7-Day Easy Returns," "Secure Payments") that instantly build credibility.

Shopify Store Rebuild

Built a conversion-optimized store from scratch. Category quick-nav bar (Air Purifiers, AC Parts, Fan Blades, Geyser Spares, Jar Assembly), "Shop By Brands" section with major brand logos, seasonal promotional banners, product stats bar (1K+ Products, 5+ Brands, 24H Dispatch, 4.5 Rating), and a mobile-first design where 80% of customers actually shop.

Launched a dual-channel paid acquisition strategy. Google Shopping ads targeting high-intent "buy spare parts" searches. Facebook ads with seasonal creative ("Summer Service Sale") targeting homeowners and appliance repair searches. Retargeting funnels to bring back browsers who didn't buy.
