Desktop Homepage — From Generic Dark Template to Professional E-Commerce
SpareMaster was selling genuine spare parts for home appliances — fans, ACs, coolers, geysers, and mixer-grinders from brands like Philips, Havells, Symphony, Maharaja, and Sujata. They were an authorized stockist with quality products and competitive pricing.
But their online store was killing their potential. A dark, generic Shopify theme with a blurry hero image, barely visible CTAs, and zero product discoverability. Customers couldn't find what they needed. There was no brand structure, no category navigation, and no reason to trust a faceless store with their money. Revenue was stuck at ₹20,000/month — mostly from repeat customers who already knew what they wanted.
We treated SpareMaster as a complete business transformation — not just a redesign. From brand identity to store architecture to paid ads, every piece was built to work together as a compounding growth system.
New logo with a bold orange and navy identity that screams "professional and trustworthy." Designed a clean, modern brand system — from the dual-tone announcement bar with support number to trust badges ("100% Genuine Parts," "Fast 24H Dispatch," "7-Day Easy Returns," "Secure Payments") that instantly build credibility.
Built a conversion-optimized store from scratch. Category quick-nav bar (Air Purifiers, AC Parts, Fan Blades, Geyser Spares, Jar Assembly), "Shop By Brands" section with major brand logos, seasonal promotional banners, product stats bar (1K+ Products, 5+ Brands, 24H Dispatch, 4.5 Rating), and a mobile-first design where 80% of customers actually shop.
Launched a dual-channel paid acquisition strategy. Google Shopping ads targeting high-intent "buy spare parts" searches. Facebook ads with seasonal creative ("Summer Service Sale") targeting homeowners and appliance repair searches. Retargeting funnels to bring back browsers who didn't buy.
Mobile Experience — From Unusable to Conversion-Optimized
The transformation was dramatic. Within 3 months of the new store launch and ad campaigns going live, SpareMaster's monthly revenue grew from ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000 — a 5X increase. Google Shopping ads drove high-intent buyers searching for specific spare parts, while Facebook's seasonal campaigns brought in new customers who didn't even know they could buy spare parts online. The brand overhaul was the force multiplier — customers who previously bounced from a dark, untrustworthy-looking store now saw a professional, authorized dealer they felt confident buying from. Repeat purchase rate climbed as the trust signals and easy navigation kept customers coming back.
